Viewing and Managing Your Logs - Driver Guide

Learn how to view, edit, and certify your logs in the GPSTab app to stay compliant with HOS rules.

Updated today

In the GPSTab app, drivers can view, edit, and certify their daily logs for the last 14 days.

You can change your current status directly by tapping one of the duty buttons at the top of the screen, then adding a note and saving it.

To edit or add a status, tap the pencil icon (Edit) or plus button (Insert), choose the correct duty status - On Duty, Off Duty, or Sleeper Berth - set the time range if needed, add a short note, and save.

Be sure to update your profile information daily in the Info tab, including your trailer number, shipping ID, and co-driver (if applicable).

Check your logs at the end of each shift and certify them to confirm everything is accurate.

Keeping your logs up to date helps avoid HOS violations and ensures your records are ready for inspection at any time.

If you notice errors that you can’t fix, contact your fleet manager for help reviewing them.
