The DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report) feature in your GPSTab app helps you record the condition of your vehicle before (Pre-Trip inspection) and after (Post-Trip inspection) each trip.
To create a report, open the DVIR tab and tap the green ( + ) button.
You’ll have two options:
Select “No defects found” if everything is working properly - only your driver’s signature is required.
Select “Defects found” if you notice an issue - describe the problem and mark it as “Work on it” or “Fixed.” In this case, a mechanic’s signature may also be added once the repair is completed
After completing your inspection, sign the report by tapping Driver’s Signature.
Each DVIR includes the vehicle number, inspection location, time, and status.
If no inspections are recorded yet, the screen will show “No inspections so far.”
