The ELD connection is set automatically - no manual Bluetooth pairing is required.
If the driver recently changed trucks, or the ELD unit was replaced and there is a scanning line in the app, please follow these steps:
Go to App Menu ( top left corner) → Settings → Default Device.
Tap Reset and Confirm.
After the reset, the app will reconnect automatically.

IOSiX Firmware Updates
If the ELD device the driver uses is the IOSiX device, you may occasionally be prompted to update its firmware. This applies only to older IOSiX firmware versions - if you are not prompted after you're logged in, the ELD is already up to date.
When you log in, and an older version is detected, a pop-up will appear asking if you want to update the firmware.
You can choose to Confirm or Dismiss the update.
If confirmed, a message will appear saying:
“Please, do not turn off the power and do not pull out IOSiX adapter! It will take a few minutes. Do not start driving during the firmware update.”
During this process, wait until the update is complete - do not disconnect or start driving.
Once done, ELD will connect, and the app will resume normal operation automatically.
