Dash cameras are a powerful way to save money, prevent losses, and protect your drivers from false claims.
The AI-powered dash cam records both road-facing and in-cabin footage, detecting unsafe behaviors in real time.
Equipped with an accelerometer, it helps identify risky driving events such as harsh braking, speeding, or distracted driving.
Key Features:
Detects unsafe driving behavior automatically.
Records distracted driving and fatigue events.
Provides video evidence for insurance claims and safety reviews.
Monitors in-cab and road activity to encourage safer habits.
Installation and Activation
Cameras can be installed easily using the installation brochure provided.
To activate, please email [email protected] with the following details:
Company name
DOT number
Company email address

Event Recording and Uploads
The dashcam captures and uploads video, snapshots, or text-based events depending on the configuration.
Each video includes 5 seconds before and after the detected event, along with:
Date and time
Location
Vehicle speed
Event type

Driver Event Monitoring Service
In addition to standard dash camera recording, GPSTab also offers an optional Driver Event Monitoring Service for fleets that want deeper insight into driver performance.
This service provides detailed reporting on unsafe driving behaviors, such as speeding, phone use, or fatigue, and delivers alerts and summaries directly to fleet managers.
It’s a great way to coach drivers, reward safe habits, and build a stronger safety culture across your fleet.
This service is managed directly by the GPSTab team and can be arranged upon request. Please contact us at 888-228-4460 ext 1 or [email protected] for further details.
